This red dot mount will not fit and is not suitable for the following Smith & Wesson models:

• Smith & Wesson M&P C.O.R.E Series (Optics Ready Models)
• Smith & Wesson M&P .22 Compact
• Smith & Wesson M&P Shield EZ 9mm
• Smith & Wesson M&P Shield EZ .380

Installation Instructions:

• Remove the original rear sight
• Install the mounting plate by sliding it into the original sight mount. This operation might require pressing the mount into place or using a rubber hammer.
• Install and tighten the hardened HEX dovetail red dot mounting plate screw. Make sure the screw is tight enough to sit flush with the dovetail red dot mounting plate. Do not over tighten.
• Place your optic onto the mounting plate.
• Secure the optic with two hardened HEX screws by tightening them down to the recommended torque spec of 15 inch pounds.
• We recommend that you use Blue Loctite to prevent the red dot from loosening due to recoil.
